Luisa & Daniel

It was 2019 when I first spoke to Luisa and Daniel about their dream wedding abroad. The timing couldn't have been more perfect as I wanted to focus more on weddings in Italy. With the pandemic delaying our plans, we were able to tour several different wedding venues. With scouting, we were able to take two trips together and a total of three trips as a couple over the course of three years! Of course, we had plenty of time to get to know each other and discover some of the best wedding venues in Italy.

Planning an entire wedding weekend was an important part for Luisa and Dan. We wanted every event to be seamless and a unique experience. Friday started with welcoming the guests in a small villa close to the main location. It was a small, intimate gathering with a classic Italian pizza party. The perfect combination to get together with close family and friends. Of course, Saturday was the big day. The ceremony took place on the property's stunning rooftop terrace, which overlooks Florence. An absolute dream! While the couple floated into the distance for sunset photos, an al fresco cocktail hour took place in the courtyard. When it finally came time for the reception, the villa's massive wooden doors opened to reveal an expansive garden with an elegant long table at its centre, while live music welcomed guests.
