For Morena and Roby’s wedding, we were able to scout out a hidden gem of a venue. La Nereidi Eventi is tucked away on the Amalfi Coast but features stunning views, a pool, and a church making it one of our absolute favorite Amalfi coast wedding venues. Like many couples, Morena and Roby had to postpone their big day due to the pandemic. But that extra time just meant they could bring their wedding on the Amalfi coast to the next level.
These two were planning a grand Amalfi wedding filled with different cultural elements to honor their different cultures. Morena has Italian and German roots while Roby has Eritrean roots. Having a multicultural wedding was extremely important to them and we adore the way they incorporated their cultures into their big day. With 130 guests, Morena and Roby were surrounded by love and positive energy resulting in an incredible Amalfi Coast wedding day. There are many elements that we adored but planning a wedding on the Amalfi coast is absolutely one of the best parts.

Morena and Roby’s Amalfi coast wedding was authentic, full of love, and absolutely beautiful. They have two kids together and gave them the incredibly important role of ring bearers. It was such a cute moment watching them walk down the aisle and hand the rings off to their parents!
Morena and Roby said I do at Le Nereidi Amalfi. The temperature was still a bit warm in the afternoon during their ceremony but the location and views were worth it. We love the way this location allowed for the wedding ceremony and a small reception to take place on the same lower level of the patio. Afterward, the guests were invited to enjoy cocktails and appetizers before being ushered to two long dinner tables with great sunset views.
What we loved the most about this Amalfi wedding was how Morena and Roby incorporated their cultures. After the ceremony, they entered their cocktail reception space through a traditional Eritrean entrance and then went off to cut the cake. After these traditional festivities. guests made their way to dinner tables and were encouraged to grab their napkins for the couple's typical Italian entrance. This moment brought so much energy and celebration to the space!
It was an event that was spectacular from start to finish. We were so lucky to have had a light breeze from the ocean on this July wedding day. The light blush, ivory, and gold details of this wedding day blended perfectly with the charming nature of the Amalfi Coast and we could not be more proud of how this entire day turned out.
