Forsthaus Wörnbrunn Germany Wedding

Forsthaus Wörnbrunn is a hotel, restaurant, and parlor all in one. For Rahel and Nader, it was a beautiful venue for their Germany Wedding. Located in Grünwald, Germany, it's surrounded by some popular attractions and notable landmarks.

The original wedding plans were supposed to take place at Palais Lenbach with over 100 guests. However, 2 days before their Germany wedding some strict COVID regulations came into play. The couple unfortunately had no choice but to make last-minute changes. With us by their side, we made sure to create a quick and efficient transition of changing the wedding venue location and cutting the guest list in half. Guests were traveling from all over the world and some already had flown into Munich. There were a lot of logistics to figure out and many last-minute moves.

In under 2 days, we created a different wedding vibe that both the couples would love and fit the new scenery. We worked closely with the florist to set the atmosphere of the new rooms. The transformation was beyond amazing. Everyone a part of this wedding was so thankful to still get the opportunity to celebrate love amidst the COVID chaos.

The style for this Germany wedding had a muted color palette with soft hues of creme, beige, and blush accents. We mixed in some modern elements like acrylic chairs and stoneware plates. Looking through the lens of a designer, I added straight-line elements to the tablescape. Such as the way the napkins are folded, menu layouts, and long thin taper candles. Floral installations were made out of baby's breath matching the bride's bouquet of delicate flowers.

They also helped us make sure all hygiene and safety measures were followed and all guests stayed healthy. They really went out of their way to make our wishes come true and handled the circumstances in an exemplary manner even in crisis situations - that's what good event planning is all about. In the end, we had a beautiful wedding and a super great celebration that all the guests were thrilled with. Without IDOevents the whole thing would never have been possible and we can only recommend them as wedding planners, especially in uncertain and complicated times like this!!!
